Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide complete project management services (study and monitoring of works) for the replacement or modernization of elevators and garage doors, as well as HVAC equipment, on the Plaine Commu ne Habitat property. The main objective is to entrust the Project Manager with its annual work schedule at the beginning of the calendar year, and to receive them before December 31 of the same year.
