Description - Description: Namsos Municipality has planned to build a health building in the center of Namsos where in construction phase 1 up to 216 institutional places will be built. The building will also contain a central kitchen, preventive and health-promot ing services, day care and other services that may be appropriate and co-located with the institutional services. The building and the area will become a natural gathering place in the community. The building will be future-oriented and cost-effective in both construction and operation.
