Description - Description: The purpose of the framework agreement is to carry out urban studies and project management of public spaces, as well as the coordination of real estate projects, for the operational pursuit of the ZAC Bordeaux Saint Jean Belcier. The fr amework agreement is available on two scales: - the ‘Grand perimeter’, with regard to overall consistency, namely diagnosis, harvesting, updating of frame documents. - The "small perimeters", with regard to the development of public spaces or islands, respecting the architectural, urban and landscape coordination defined on the scale of the large perimeter.
