Description - Description: The Space Development Agency (SDA) anticipates soliciting proposals from industry for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA) Tranche 3 Transport Layer Upsilon (T3TL?). The T3TL? constellation will consist of four (4) orbit al planes with ten (10) T3TL? SVs in each plane, and the government intends to make two awards of twenty (20) vehicles each. Every T3TL? SV will be interoperable with all PWSA SVs, regardless of vendor. The T3TL?
