Description - Description: he City of Charlotte’s Risk Management Division (“RMD”) is seeking proposals from qualified Companies to supervise, administer, and manage Property and Casualty Claims for the following Claim Types: • Liability Claims: Bodily Inj ury, Property Damage Liability; • Property Damage: Auto; • Subrogation; and • Sewer Back-Up Program.
