Description - The Texas Lottery intends to enter into a proprietary purchase of participation in a promotional and sponsorship agreement with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, LLC that represents San Antonio Spurs which is the only major professional sports team in th e city of San Antonio and NBA team in central Texas. AT&T Center, home of the San Antonio Spurs, hosting over 16,000 guests. This agreement with Spurs Sports & Entertainment will allow for marketing and promotional support for Texas Lottery games by providing opportunities both in venue and through digital, social and broadcast spaces. This solicitation is being advertised in accordance with the State Lottery Act (Tex. Gov't Code Ann. ยงยง 466.00
