Description - The Texas Lottery intends to enter into a proprietary Trademark License and Promotional Support Agreement with Pro Silver Star Ltd. a Texas limited partnership that owns and/or has the rights to license the trademarks of the Dallas Cowboys Football C lub, Ltd. for advertising and promotional support (including prize fulfillment and the rights to place Texas Lottery advertisements in AT&T Stadium), to market and promote Texas Lottery games, including a Dallas Cowboys scratch-off game(s).
