Description - Description: To provide inspection, evaluations, repairs, maintenance, installation services for fencing, handrails, and guardrails for the various City and County of Honolulu facilities. All offers shall include all applicable materials, labor, equi pment, bonding, fees, and taxes. These services are non-mandatory for City agencies and to be utilized on an as-needed basis. The City's Officer-In-Charge (O-I-C) shall be determined prior to the issuance of the Delivery Order (DO).
