INTRODUCTION The South African National AIDS Council (SANAC) Trust seeks to appoint a service provider that demonstrate the experience and knowledge in the development of Provincial Implementation Plans (PIPs) for HIV, TB and STIs 2023 – 2028, M&E and reporting frameworks (this can be an organisation, team of people or consortium).
