Description - Description: The subject of the order is a service consisting in granting access to the System and maintaining it in a proper condition according to the specification described in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Agreement (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) - taking i nto account any changes introduced as part of the Development - by the Contractor for the Ordering Party in a non-exclusive form and based on the technology created by the Contractor, by means of which the Ordering Party will be able to carry out activities related to customer service.
