SHORT TERMS NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed item rate tender for the following work is hereby invited on the prescribed form No. HPTDC “6” to
“8” from the appropriate class of Government Contractors registration with HPPWD/CPWD/ MES, other
Department of HP state under GST Act 2017 so as to reach in the office of Executive Engineer on or before
22.07.2023 at 11:00 AM. The tenders shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of contractors
or their representative, who may be presents.

Terms and conditions:-
1. The tender document can be collected by cash from the office of the Executive Engineer, HPTDC on any
working day between 10:00AM to 4:00 PM office of undersigned on or before 21.07.2023 respectively.
2. The offer of the tenderer shall be kept opened for acceptance for 120 days from the date of opening of the
tenders.
3. Drawings and estimates can be seen in the office of the Executive Engineer on any working day from
10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
4. Earnest money payable by bank draft drawin in favour of Managing Director HPTDC payable at Shimla.
5. The conditional tenders and tender without earnest money, cost of tender and without seal will not be
accepted.
6. The Executive Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without Assigning any reason.
7. Proof of registration as contractor in appropriate class dealer under GST and Income Tax and work done
certificates of similar class of work should accompany the application for tender form; otherwise tender
form will not be issued.
8. It shall be mandatory for the contractor to indicate the Provident Fund Number issued by the concerned
authority. However copy of the number issued by Provident Fund Authority should be submitted with
technical bid. It shall also be mandatory to deposit the Employees Provident Fund of the labour engaged
at site every month, under the provision of Para 30(3) of employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1952. At
the time of submission of final bill the concerned contractor shall furnish an undertaking in shape of
affidavit that he has deposited all dues of EPF in reference of concerned labour of the work and the
same reference in case any recovery/outstanding amount is noticed later on he shall mandatory
deposited. In case any deficiency is noticed later on he shall be responsible for the same.
9. Rates of items should be quoted by bidder both in figures and words and amount of cost of each item be
calculated and totaled as total amount of tendered cost.
10. All type of taxes imposed by local authority/state/central Govt. including GST from time to time will be
borne by the contractor. Also get registered himself under (RE&ES) Act 1996 and cess Act, 1996 and
collection of cess charges with Labour Officers-cum-Assessing officer.
11. Incase of holiday on 22.07.2023 the tenders so received shall be opened on next working day.
12. The Contractor/ bidder/other Department of HP State/other state should have requisite experience and
expertise in civil construction work will have to produce certificate of work done.
13. The contractor has to provide supply copy of GSTIN at the time of purchasing of tender.
14. Before releasing any payment of bill contractor has to give an under taking that he will issue tax invoice
under GST after checking and passing of every bill which contain Sr.No. of invoice, rate of GST, date
of invoice GSTIN No. of contractor/ supplier/dealer. The amount of GST & amount of bill should be
shown separately in the invoice.
