Sealed quotations are invited for providing live streaming and
recording solution in the court halls of the High Court for the State of
Telangana, Hyderabad.
OBJECTIVE
Live streaming of Court proceedings over the Internet for public view.
Key Deliverables:
Court Halls to be provided with live streaming/ recording equipment. -35 Nos.
On demand masking out Video and/ or muting audio
Court room and Case details in live stream
Video Management System for monitoring it from control room

The intending bidders shall provide the entire live streaming and recording
solution along with the cameras and other software, hardware equipment required for
the live streaming/recording. The bandwidth requirement has to be mentioned by the
bidders.
The High Court will provide the following:
1. Personal Computer(s), if any, as per the solution requirement.
2. Bandwidth as per the requirement.
3. Network Switches and network connectivity.
4. Storage. (Vendor has to ensure that the local recording should be in compressed format
and should occupy less space)
5. Audio equipment with required cables, power etc.

Special Note:
1. The solution offered by the intending bidders should be most economical by using open
source soflware applications and reasonably priced cameras/hardware.
2. The bidder shall have its registered office or branch office at Hyderabad and shall have
previous experience in providing live streaming/recording solutions and allied
computer solutions. The details of the organizations/firms where such solutions have
been provided shall be enclosed with the bid document.
3. Warranty for the solution offered should be for a period of 2 years from the date of
successful installation and testing.
4. The intending bidders can inspect the court halls on prior intimation to the undersigned.
5. The successful bidder has to provide training to the staff of the High Court on the
use of the live streaming/recording solution.
6. Payment will be released through bank account directly only on successful installation
and testing of the solution in all the court halls to the satisfaction of the undersigned.
7. The successful bidder sliall provide perfotmance/service guarantee at 10o/o of the bid
amount by way of bank guarantee from any nationalized banks located at Hyderabad
for the period of warranty (2 years) before processing the bills.
8. The High Court reserves its right to select any one of the various solutions offered by
the bidders complying with the aforesaid technical specifications and the bidders have
no right to compel the High Court to use any particular solution or compare- their
solution with the solutions offered by other bidders.
The sealed quotations, super scribed with the heading "Quotation for live
streaming/recording" shall reach the office of the Registrar (IT-cum-Central Project
Coordinator), High Court for the State of Telangana, Near City College, Hyderabad on or
before Op06-2023 during the office hours.
The Registrar (IT-cum-CPC) reserves tlie riglit to seek
further/additional information from any or all the bidders, if necessary.
Further, the Registrar (IT-cum-CPC) reserves the right to reject any or all the bids
without assigning any reasons.
