Quotations(s) in sealed cover(s) (on the prescribed format "Annexure-A" only) are
invited from the firms/parties for providing “services for documentation of Training
programmes” of District Disaster management Authority, Kinnaur, O/o Deputy
Commissioner Kinnaur, H.P as per the Terms and Conditions enlisted below.
NOTICE INVITING TENDER
The sealed quotation(s) should reach this office on or before 06.09.2023 up to 02:30 PM
the received quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the office of
undersigned, in the presence of bidder(s) or their authorized representative(s), if any, present
at the time of opening of quotations.
The quotation(s) must be accompanied with a tender fee amounting to Rs. 300/-
(Rupees three hundred only), in the shape of Bank DD in the name of Assistant Commissioner
to Deputy Commissioner Kinnaur, and earnest money/security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees
Ten thousand only) in the shape of DD/FDR/ Bank guarantee duly-pledged in favor of the
Assistant Commissioner to Deputy Commissioner, District Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh172107. Tenders without tender fee or earnest money or short or not in the form specified
above shall be rejected straightway.
1. The rates quoted in the bids shall be applicable for a duration of one-year w.
e.f the date of award of tender till 31-03-2024 or till the finalization of the next tenders,
whichever is later.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
2. The sealed quotations should reach in this office on or before 06.09.2023 up to 02:30 PM.
The quotations received after the prescribed date and time shall not be entertained, in
any case.
3. The rates should be quoted separately for each item and inclusive of all taxes.
4. The rates should be quoted F.O.R. for the DC Office Kinnaur, District Kinnaur, H.P.
5. The Tenders shall be accepted in a single bid format, whereby the tenderer(s) shall have
to furnish the following document(s)/ information in a single sealed envelope super
scribed as " Quotation for services for “documentation of Training programmes “.
• Tender fee (Non-Refundable), amounting to Rs.300/- (Rupees three Hundred only) in
the Shape of Bank DD in the name of Assistant Commissioner to Deputy Commissioner,
District Kinnaur.
• EMD (Refundable) amounting to Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in the form
of FDR/ Demand draft/ Bank guarantee from any of the Nationalization Bank(s) duly
pledged in favor of Assistant Commissioner to Deputy Commissioner, District Kinnaur
valid till 31/03/2024. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidders shall be returned, in
original, upon conclusion of the tendering process, but the EMD of the successful bidder
shall retained as the Performance Security and shall be returned only after the
conclusion of the Contract Period, subject to any adjustments as stated under Clause 9
of these Terms and Conditions.
