Sealed quotations are invited from reputed agencies, Societies, Companies, Startup or Professionals with 03 years of relevant experience in the design, development and maintenance of mobile applications, for upgrading the existing Mobile application of the Malabar Population Based Cancer Registry (MPBCR) at Malabar Cancer Centre -Post Graduate Institute of Oncology Sciences and Research, Thalassery. Scope of Work: The broad scope of the work is to upgrade the existing mobile application of MPBCR software to meet the current requirements and security features. The Mobile Application for PBCR Data Collection (Incidence and Mortality Data) should have the following features; a) Incidence Data collection form as per the format. b) Mortality Data collection Form as per the format c) Search patient and update data d) Update data of returned files e) User based access f) PBCR User management g) Malayalam/English Language support h) Adequate security measures/features. Terms & Conditions: a) The Agencies, Societies, Companies, Startup or Professionals should have sufficient technical expertise and requisite infrastructure to design, development, testing and commissioning of Mobile app for PBCR Data Collection. b) The document proving experiences of similar works executed should be submitted. c) The work should be completed within 3 Weeks from the date of Purchase Order. d) The work should be carried out as per standard specification and the direction of System Manager/ HOD, Dept. of Cancer Registry and Epidemiology. e) If the supplier causes any damage/loss to MCC-PGIOSR property then it should be made good/repaired at his own cost. In case he fails to make good the damage/loss, then the cost incurred for the same will be deducted from his bill or by any means. f) Intellectual Property Rights: The Intellectual Property Rights of the mobile application of PBCR data collection, photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, text and content shall vest with Malabar Cancer Centre-Post Graduate Institute of Oncology Sciences and Research (MCC-PGIOSR), Thalassery. The bidder should hand over the complete documentation, source code, and user manual to MCC-PGIOSR within one week of the completion of the project. The bidders shall have no claim over the applications developed once the project cost has been paid up by the MCC-PGIOSR. g) No hindrance shall be caused for the normal working of the hospital during the installation and commissioning of the mobile application and such limitations shall be taken in to account by the supplier. h) The items supplied should be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions. i) The bidder/supplier should submit detailed functionalities, implementation plan and get approval before starting the work. j) The successful bidder should provide adequate technical support for further maintenance. k) The bidder/supplier shall not disclose to any one, any information marked as confidential and communicated or made available or accessible by the agency during execution of the work |
