No.: SPDC/ 2.1 •« / j Dte/1 Date: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SPDCL is inviting the expression of interest for empaneling from the reputed & experienced consultancy firm(s) for the work of "Registration, Monitoring, Trading, and Energy Asset Management for Hydro Power Projects of total 10 MW Hydro Power Projects w.r.t International Renewable Energy Certificate (I-REC)"- Scope of work: ASSIGNMENT PARTICULAR Consultancy service includes; Collection of required data, preparation of projects information notes, Submission of replies to the CARS, Submission of all the above to the buyers, follow up, secure sanctions. Consultancy for Registration, Monitoring, Trading, and Energy Asset Management Assistance for signing emission reduction purchase agreement. Act as Broker for Successful transaction between SPDCL and buyers of l-RECs, Facilitating service of escrow agent preparation of escrow deed and the operation of the same, conclusion of transactions and deposits/payments in relation to l-RECs, Any other work/activities required for overall objectives.EOI for empanelment should reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 15.05.2024 by 11:30 hours through email (spdcskm@gmail.com) or physical mode. ELIGIBILITY: 1. The firm / entity must have experience of Consultancy w.r.t International Renewable Energy Certificate (l-REC) Registration, Monitoring, Trading, of Energy Asset Management. 2. The firm should have turnover of Rs.1.00 Cr for consultancy in any of three preceding years. TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The Consultancy firm shall not be under a declarant of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. 2. The consultancy firm must be a registered under the Companies Act/ registered in India. 3. GST registered consultancy firms only eligible for quoting. 4. SPDCL reserves the right to accept or reject without assigning any reason there. |
