Notice Inviting Quotations for Hiring of office space at Shimla The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Board, U. S. Club, Shimla invites offers/quotations for office accommodation space approximately 8500 sqft, on rental basis in a central location with adequate parking space within Shimla City. It is preferred that the premises does not have any commercial establishment in it. The offer may be submitted by post or by hand on or before 11th September, 2023 till 3:00 PM with complete details of the property like location, owner’s detail with phone numbers, completion/permission from the competent authority, floor area, parking, rent per sqft on monthly basis etc. Detailed terms & conditions regarding the Notice Inviting Quotation can be obtained from the office on any working day or may be downloaded from the Departmental website www.himachaltourism.gov.in. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 4:00 PM in the presence of bidder or their representative whosoever present at that time. Adequate space for parking should be available to park two wheelers, cars etc. 2. The building offered should be complete and suitable for ready to use as office. 3. The office premises should be legally free from all encumbrances. 4. Finalization of rent for the rent space offered based on location and other amenities provided is subject to approval by the hiring committee and final approval/sanction by the State Government of Himachal Pradesh. 5. The building services such as power supply, plumbing, sewerage system should be fully operational. 6. The offered property should have 24 hours electricity supply. A separate electric meter commercial should be installed exclusively for the use of the HPTDB, Tourism Department, the property offered should also have adequate spaced for installation of Genset etc. 7. The accommodation should have provision for 24 hours running water supply for both drinking and utility facilities. 8. There should be enough arrangement for public utilities (Toilet etc.) for men and women separately. 9. The responsibility for payment of all kind of taxes such property tax, Municipal tax etc in connection with the property offered shall be of the owner/Bidder and updated copies of all tax receipts should be attached with bid. 10. The property offered should be well connected by public transport at a reasonable distance and should be easily accessible. 11. The property offered should have adequate security cover and fire safety measures installed as per the requirement of Himachal Pradesh Government. 12. Possession of the accommodation shall be handed over to Government of HP by the owner of the premises within seven days from the award of the order and rent shall be payable from the date of possession. 13. All internal and external walls should be painted with good quality paint at the time of handing over the premises offered. 14. The land and building offered should be free from any liability and litigation with respect to its ownership and there should be no pending payments against the same. 15. Clearance/No objection certificate from all Central/State Government and Municipal Authorities including fire Department for use as office premises complying to the Municipality rules/bye laws along with the documents in support of ownership of land and building and construction thereon must be submitted with the Bid and copies of approved plan of the accommodation offered should be submitted along with the proposal/offer. 16. The bidder should give rental rates showing taxes if any separately. BID EVALUATION Bid’s would be evaluated on the basis of criteria like location, availability of parking space, distance from bus stand, suitability of the building for office use and rates quoted for rental as per carpet are of the space offered. ***** |
