competent Contractors having sound Technical and financial capacity for HVAC work of BANK OF
INDIA, Dhanbad Zonal Office premise.

7 Quantum of Earnest Money Deposit
(EMD)
Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousands only), would
be deposited in form of D.D / Pay order drawn in favour
of “ BANK OF INDIA” payable in Dhanbad.

maximum of 10% of value of work done would be strictly
imposed.

12 Validity period of the tender. SIX Months.
13 Taxes Rates quoted should include all Taxes, other charges
like Transportation etc. However, I.T and TDS will be
deducted at source. GST will be paid extra as per
Govt. norms.
14 Payment Mode The only payment mode is “Electronic paymentmode”.
So the successful bidder has to communicate in writing the
Bank details in which he will receive the payment.
The bank reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender at any stage without assigning any
reason. Bank also reserves the right to drop any item of work, partly execute any item of work, get
any item of work executed by any other contractors without assigning any reason there off.
Applicants are requested to keep checking the same website till last date of publication of
the tender for any corrigendum notice up loaded by Bank.
