Sealed item-rate tenders are invited on behalf of the The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd;
(hereinafter referred to as “Client”) situated at, Oriental House, Ground Floor, 7, J. Tata Road,
Churchgate, Mumbai – 400 020; from experienced and resourceful civil contractors for execution
of Structural Repairs, Civil Repairs, Waterproofing Works Plumbing Works & Painting Works.
Tender documents may be purchased from 11.06.2024 to 24.06.2024 between 10:00 a. m to
5:00 p. m from Estate Dept., Corporate Business Office No.1 Mumbai, Oriental House, Ground
Floor, 7, J. Tata Road, Churchgate, Mumbai, Duly filled tender documents form shall be
submitted to the said office on or before 25/06/2024 between 11:00 a. m to 5.00 p.m. Tender
shall be accompanied by the Pay Order / Demand Draft of the value as specified in the Tender
Document towards the EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) in favour of The Oriental Insurance
Company Ltd; with the tender document form.
IMPORTANT NOTE:.
The tender will be treated as invalid / rejected if tenderer has not filled information manually in tender
documents pages No. 9, 10 & 11 or submitted in complete / conditional. They reserve the right to reject any
or all tenders without assigning any reason for doing so.
