REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
Sub.: Request for proposal (RFP) for Tent and Decoration services for various events at HIT Una.
HIT Una is one of the 20 IIITs being set up, funded and managed by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt, of India under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The partners setting up HIT Una are the Ministry of Education, Govt, of India, the Govt, of Himachal Pradesh, HP Power Corporation Limited and HP Transmission Corporation Limited. Admissions to the undergraduate programmes in the Institute are made through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).
At present, HIT Una operates from its permanent campus at Saloh, Una. The campus is fully furnished and working full fledged from its permanent campus.
The Institute Invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from the vendor/firm/service provider for the providing tent and decoration services for the celebrations of various events.
The seal hard copy of proposal shall reach the office of the Registrar at the following address before 23, Aug’23:

BIDDING PROCEDURE AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SUBMISSION OF THE PROPOSAL:
Part ‘A’ Envelope should contain:
a. Technical bid (as per attached format at Annexure-I) with all relevant signed documents in support of listed criteria.
b. EMD of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of Demand draft (DD) from any scheduled bank in the favour of “The Director HIT Una” payable at HIT Una branch Saloh.
c. Name of the Service Provider/ Agency with complete Address, Tel/ Mob No., Email Address etc. on firm letterhead.
d. The Bidder must be a registered firm/vendor/company having a trade licence from local municipality/govemment authority towards registration of service provider/agency.
e. The Bidder must have a minimum working experience of 03 years of similar works.
f. At least one performance certificate/work experience certificate/completion certificate from the listed organizations like IIITs, NITs, IITs and govt organizations/Autonomous bodies/central universities/state govemment/state universities etc.
g. The Applicant must have an minimum turnover of 30 lakhs in every last three financial years ending at 31, March 2023.
h. Permanent account number (PAN).
i. Goods and services tax (GST) Registration Number.
j. The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Central Govt./ State Government Department /Public Sector Undertakings self-declaration to be submitted by the vendor on letter head as pr the format given in Annexure-II.
k. Duty signed and stamped of the entire bid document along with its addendum/corrigendum, if any seal the envelope and super scribed. “Technical bid for Tent and Decoration Service for various events at HIT Una.”
