INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS:

Note:
EMD in any other form except by way of
DD/Pay Order will summarily be rejected
6 Security Deposit Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand
Only). The Security Deposit shall remain
valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days from
the date of completion of the contract
period. Upon completion of the contract
period, if there are no liabilities or dues, in
any manner to be recovered from the
Licensee, the Security Deposit shall be
refunded without any interest.

1. The tender documents containing the nature of work and terms
and conditions of the contract are available at
www.gujarathighcourt.nic.in and http://nprocure.com.
2. Bidder must have five years’ relevant experience in
operating canteen or providing catering service of similar
scale.
3. Last date for submission of Non-refundable Bid Processing Fee
of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) and a separate Demand
Draft of Rs.25,000/- as Earnest Money Deposit, drawn in favour
of “Registrar General, High Court of Gujarat” payable at State
Bank of India, High Court of Complex Branch, Ahmedabad on or
before 4th August, 2023 by 12.00 noon.

4. The technical bids will be opened on the same day i.e. 4th
August 2023 by 12.30 noon for verification of submitted
documents and conformity with technical bid requirement.
The decision of the Registrar General in regard to acceptance
of any or rejection of all tenders will be final and binding.
5. The bidder is required to enclose the Demand Draft of Tender
Fee and Earnest Money Deposit amount in the sealed technical
bid cover without fail. If Demand Drafts are not enclosed in the
sealed technical bid cover, then the tender will not be
considered for scrutiny and will be rejected summarily.
6. No tender shall be accepted/opened in any case which are
received after due date and time of the receipt of tender;
irrespective of delay due to postal services or any other reasons
and the High Court of Gujarat shall not assume any
responsibility for late receipt of the tender. Any correspondence
in this matter will not be entertained.
7. Tender is in two bid system i.e. Technical Bid and Price Bid. The
tender of only those bidders who are qualified in the Technical
bid evaluation will be considered for opening the price bid.
8. The bidders are required to quote the rate strictly as per the
terms and conditions mentioned in the Tender document. The
conditional tender or tender submitted for part items will not be
considered and shall be liable for outright rejection. If, for any
item, rates are not quoted, then tender for the same bidder
shall be summarily rejected.
9. The Technical bid have to be submitted physically in sealed
covers within the stipulated date and time.
10. The Price bid must be submitted online only on http://nprocure.com.
11. The decision of the Registrar General, High Court of Gujarat
with respect to acceptance or rejection of any bid will be final
and binding.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RUNNING PUBLIC/STAFF CANTEEN
(A) CANTEEN PREMISES:
(1A) The premises of the Staff Canteen comprise of approximately 270.07
square meters, located below the North Concourse Connecting the Main
Court Building with the Administrative Building in the Campus of the High
Court at Sola, Ahmedabad.
(1B) The premises of the Public Canteen comprise of approximately 350.00
square meters, located in the basement below the South Concourse
connecting the main Court Building with the Advocates’ Facility Building in
the Campus of the High Court at Sola, Ahmedabad.
