Description - Description: In 2018, the state parties to the collective agreement established the State Skills Fund for the distribution of funds for the development of skills of employees in the state. The operation of the State Competence Fund is handled by the Competence Secretariat, which receives and processes applications for the fund, oversees disbursements of fund funds, and guides the fund's users.
