Description - Description: The Department is seeking Tenders for the following Services: Administration and operational activities for the National Epidermolysis Bullosa Dressing Scheme (NEBDS) for a period of three years from 1 July 2025. The National Epidermolys is Bullosa Dressing Scheme was established in 2010 and provides subsidised dressings, bandages, and ancillary products to people with Epidermolysis Bullosa. It is funded by the Government. The Scheme reduces the out-of-pocket costs for hundreds of people, mainly children, living with Epidermolysis Bullosa.
