Description - Description: One of UCD’s key systems is the Ellucian Banner Student Information System which delivers essential services in the areas of student recruitment and admissions, student registration, curriculum management and reporting, financial manag ement and assessment planning and grading. In addition, it is tightly integrated with several other bespoke and commercial systems that provide wider support and campus services to students, staff, alumni and the general public. First deployed in UCD in 1999, it has been upgraded several times. This contract relates to the provision of managed services to monitor, maintain, upgrade, and patch components of Banner and selected ancillary systems. D
