Description - Description: Hampshire Library Service (HLS) operates 40 libraries and is the busiest county library service in the UK.Hampshire Library Service are seeking to secure a partner to take on a 'Licence to Occupy' in Farnborough Library. There is already an active refreshment offer in a specific area of the library, working within a kitchen, servery and seating area. The contract is due to expire in January 2025 with a new contract due to last for three years up to 19th January 2028.
