Description - Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust’s (KCHFT) Public Health Bus delivers mobile public health services across Kent. The Public Health Bus is used by various Public Health services including the Children and Young People’s Counselling Servi ce, Health Checks, Health Visiting, One You, School Health, TB nursing and Sexual Health. It’s use is coordinated by the Health Inequalities Team. Other non-public health KCHFT services can also use the bus and the associated costs reclaimed from their budgets. The overall aim of the KCHFT Public Health Bus is to mobilise public health and clinical services to our communities in Kent to those facing inequality in accessing healthcare.
