Description - Description: The University Hospital of the West Indies is requesting proposals from suitably qualified companies to provide dietary services for patients at the Hospital. Meals for patients must be prepared and delivered to the clinical areas to the specifications required and the times stated. The Service provider is expected to carry out the following functions: 1.
