Description - Description: CEA-LETI wishes to acquire automatic dispensing equipment. This contract includes the following optional options: - Option No. 1: Tilting and rotating dispensing heads (jetting and needle dispensing head), - Option 2: Automatic correctio n of the Z on dispensing of substrates with shape deformation (bow, warpp), - Option 3: Inspection of dispensing dimensions: point, line, UF, - Option 4: Assistance in developing product dispensing processes (underfill and others), - Option 5: Surface dispensing with a specific tool (excluding needle). For example for sintering paste or silver paste, - Option 6: Very low volume dispensing by specifying the minimum volumes depending on the product
