Description - Description: Provision of an ED (Emergency Dept) Primary Care Streaming service on behalf of University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process.A significant proportion of self-att ending patients present to the Emergency Departments (ED) at UHB with conditions that are able to manage within primary care.
