Description - Description: The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a single party framework for the provision of Eircode-related, address matching and geocoding services. Requirements will include access to a system to match addresses in the Republic of Ireland with Eircodes, and vice versa. Services include the following general areas: Web plugin / API for Auto completion of addresses including matching against the ECAD database, Batch Geocoding of addresses (Ad hoc – on request) The function of the web browser plugin is to facilitate address searches of the ECAD Database based on user input to find an address and associated location data.
