Description - Description: The Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS) of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has a requirement to establish a number of Supply Arrangement (SA) with pre-qualified suppliers to meet the general requirements specified in each of the follow ing service streams:a.
