Description - The purpose of this contract is to ensure transfers of hospitalized patients whose transport has been prescribed by the JEAN PERRIN Center.The purpose of this contract is to ensure the medical transport of patients hospitalized at the JEAN PERRIN Cen ter to other establishments for inter-establishment services (consultations, examinations, etc.)The contract concerns medical transport at the expense of the establishment within the meaning of article 80 of the Social Security Financing Law:- Permanent transfer to a type establishment (MCO, SSR, PSY,)- Return transport for sessions (radiotherapy or chemotherapy) between an MCO, SSR, PSY, HAD establishment and the CJP.
