Description - Description: This Project is for the delivery of social housing units in Balnamore, Bendoorah and Ballybogey by means of a Design and Build Framework agreement in which the Economic Operators provide the land, designs, constructs and completes the sc heme on behalf of Rural Housing Association in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide, Employers requirements and statutory body requirements.
