Description - Provision of Mental Health Support Services for Kirklees Children and Young People - Reducing the Waiting List Initiative.South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYFT) are seeking a experienced provider or providers to support in deli vering evidence-based interventions to CYP for mild-moderate mental health concerns, as part of an initiative to reduce waiting times in the Kirklees area.
