| Description | Quotation No.- BMHRC/ES/STP/2024-25/03. Bopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre is a 350 bedded Super Specialty hospital situated at Bhopal. The Hospital and its eight Mini Units is providing free treatment to the Gas Victims and their dependents of the Bhopal Gas Tragedy, free of cost and on chargeable basis to non gas victims. The Hospital is being run by the ICMR Under Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. Sealed quotations are hereby invited for painting work of all equipment's, pipe line, chakker plates, railing, overhead tank, control room, store rooms, bathroom, etc at STP, BMHRC on behalf of Director ( In-charge ) BMHRC from the intending registered firms, Authorized Agencies for the following work in the prescribed format attached to this mail:- S/N Description of Material Qty. 1 Painting work of all equipment's, pipe line, chakker plates, railing, overhead tank, control room, store rooms, bathroom, etc at STP including trasportation, GST, etc. 01 Job. 1. Please send the quotations with best possible rates on FOR basis. 2. Envelope should be clearly marked as Offer for No. BMHRC/ES/STP/2024-25/03. 3. The sealed quotations with seal & signature should reach in this office by 4.30 PM on or before 12/06/2024. Quotations send by E-mail/ Fax will not be considered. 4. Quotations must be send in sealed envelope by hand/ by post or by courier before the deadline for submission of quotations at 12/06/2024 or quotations may be dropped in “Quotation Box” kept in basement of Administration Block ( Near Deptt. of Purchase ) or SMES office BMHRC. 5. Bidders should ensure that their quotation complies to the indicated requirement/ specification/ GST No. Yes should be marked in the ''Compliance column” (if applicable). 6. BMHRC reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof. 7. Kindly provide the quotations in prescribed format only. 8. The bidders are advised to visit at site before submitting the quotation. 9. Agency should ensure that their workers are insured against the accident & loss of life during the works at site. The contractor will be responsible for any accident at the time of undertaking the painting work. BMHRC will not be responsible for any compensation to the workers of agency in case of any untoward accidental injuries. 10. Offer will be valid for one year from the opening of the quotations. The quoted rates should be kept open/valid for a period of one year from the date of signing the agreement. Sr. Manager Engg.
