RUNNING COFFEE-TEA KIOSK (2 counters) AT NATIONAL INSTITUTE
OFSPEECH & HEARING (NISH), AKKULAM, TRIVANDRUM.
NISH is an autonomous body under the Department of Social Justice, Government
of Kerala. NISH is a comprehensive multi-purpose institute focusing on the identification,
rehabilitation, education of the individuals with communication disorders. Located beside
the lake at Akkulam, NISH hosts a unique integrated campus which accommodates staff
and students with communication disabilities.
For running the Coffee and Tea Kiosk (2 counters), fair, sealed and competitive
tenders are invited in two bid system (Technical & Commercial bid) from experienced firms
/ individuals / Government and non-Government organizations including those from
Cooperative Sector having valid licenses from the respective authorities.
The menu rate to be quoted can be downloaded from annexure 1.
1. Facilities provided by NISH
NISH has 2 counters for running coffee/tea kiosk facility for catering the needs of the
patients/clients, by-standers, parents, staff and students. It is equipped with
washing/cleaning and basic storage facility. Electricity and water supply can be provided.
NISH’s requirements
The contractor should cater the needs of students, patients/clients, parents and staff by
regular supply of items as detailed below
1.1 Beverages: Tea, Coffee, Black coffee, Black Tea, Fruit Juice, Ice Cream, Milma
Products.
1.2 Snacks: Vada, Banana Fry, Baji, Biscuits. Etc and other items approved by food
safety authority.
1.3 Food /beverages items to be served to NISH staff, students and clients against
payment
Interested parties may send the tenders in a sealed envelope to the Executive Director,
National Institute of Speech & Hearing, NISH Road, Sreekariyam P.
O.,Thiruvananthapuram 695 017 on or before 14.30 hrs, 16
th February , 2024. Technical
cover will be opened at 15:00 Hrs. on the same day and Financial Cover will be opened on
later date which will be intimated to the technically qualified bidders. The envelope should
be super scribed separately as "Tender for Coffee/ Tea kiosk services Contract- Technical
Bid” and “Tender for Coffee/ Tea kiosk services Contract –Financial Bid. |
