Description - Description: Network Rail is looking to put in place a contract(s) for the provision of scrap metal skips collection and disposal services as and when required by Network Rail’s Supply Chain Operation team. The requirement will be for supplier(s) t o provide skips at various Network Rail locations, collect the skips once full and exchange for a replacement empty skip. The supplier will then be tasked with disposing of the waste on Network Rail's behalf compliantly against environmental waste disposal standards. As the waste is a revenue steam for the supplier(s), the supplier(s) will be requested through the commercial model to provide a ‘Percentage Margin’ reduction on scrap metal and
