Description - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL STAR - Regional Brand Development The City of Corner Brook, in cooperation with the Corner Brook Humber-Bay of Island tourism committee, is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop, create and launch a reg ional brand. The successful entity will work closely with the City of Corner Brook & Tourism Committee to develop a shared and consistent narrative for the Corner Brook, Lower Humber-Bay of islands region that will influence a positive perception of the region.
