Description - Description: HES requires provision of a hire of steeplejacks and rope access service to cover the Edinburgh Area. Masonry checks should be predominately visual. Any areas where masonry appears loose or in danger of falling should then be checked by hand. However this should be done with as little force as required. If any areas are found to be in immediate danger of falling then it should be brought to the attention of the District Works Manager for that area, prior to any works taking place. HES will provide the pointing mix as required.
