Description - Description: The purpose of the service the provision of a service for two tenants with a learning disability residing within the ABUHB area. The property is a bungalow in Caerphilly borough and is owned by First Choice Housing Association. The prope rty will provide a local home for two tenants who require 24-hour support and will be commissioned by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). The tenants have a learning disability, mental health needs, and Autism. The home will be staffed by a minimum of two staff at all times, 24 hours a day (this will be subject to review by clinical MDT and based on need) ABUHB, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities (MH/LD) division commissioned Camp
