Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is the supply of Microsoft licenses for distribution at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, hereinafter UPCT, for the next 3 years. The UPCT, by this contract, will have the right to use the Microsoft so ftware indicated in this document, in accordance with the agreement signed between Microsoft and the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE), in relation to the subscription to the “Campus/EES Program (Enrollment for Education Solutions)”. By subscribing to said Campus Program, the UPCT acquires internal usage rights without the right to transfer to third parties the programs and services indicated in this document, for the UPCT
