Description - Description: The services are regulated by fixed prices. These are so-called recourse services "against third parties responsible for accidents" of which the employees of the Departmental Council of Haute-Loire (CD43) are victims. The CD43 is require d to bear sums during the period of the employee's leave of absence under its obligations as an employer for which it has recourse. In addition to the salaries alone, there are medical or other costs related to the physical consequences of the accident on the employee. In the case of irreversible after-effects, estimates of the employee's lifespan must be made. All of the services are provided for by Ordinance No. 59-76 of January 7, 1959 relatin
