Description - Description: The council are seeking to commission a Tier 2 Community Family Support Service that will deliver Whole Family Support and provide support early on for Families with children aged 0-19years (up to 25 for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). The Family's needs will be varied and require support at Tier 2 of the Staffordshire Safeguarding Childrens Board Threshold (available on the safeguarding boards website).
