Description - Description: Develop a QBCC Dealing with and Responding to Workplace Violence and Aggression Trainingprogram (Training to be appropriate for both field-based staff attending building and constructionsites, and staff who engage with customers and stak eholders via face to face and the phone/emailcommunication methods)? Develop a Training plan and schedule for the program? Collaborate with QBCC to contextualize the training program, and ensure alignment between QBCCWHS team, L&OD team, Regulatory Services teams.? Collaborate with QBCC to develop and contextualize a practical framework or simple model for frontline customer facing staff to use when dealing with customer violence and aggression.
