Description - The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) is looking for a qualified consulting firm to conduct a process of research, education and engagement that will lead to the development of an updated Regional Connectivity Strategy Report. This updated report will determine the current state of connectivity in the region, find out the service gaps and ways to address them, set connectivity goals and expectations for each Electoral area, member municipalities, and First Nations. This report will also include a description of specific technologies, network plans and possible funding models to improve service for underserved communities.
