Description - Description: The Defence Team Coaching Program's (DTCP) coaching services require Psychometric tools tofulfil its mandate. The DTCP require scientifically validated, reliable, and easy to interpret bilingual EQI 2.0assessments. The DTCP team will als o require training that leads to master certification that will allow ourstaff to then certify internal staff (train the trainer) with bilingual training material.
