Description - Description: The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the surgical interventions and neurosurgery emergency evaluations, to solve patients who are treated exclusively in the emergency service of this hospital that are hospitalized in the establishment, but that due to their Emergency clinical condition require an evaluation of surgery.
