Description - Description: (1) The 1st to 5th transition pipes (665 pipes for a single furnace) of the #3 and #4 furnace end re-inlet headers in the 1st to 133rd row near the front of the furnace will be replaced with new expansion elbows, which will be provided b y the tenderer. (2) The wear and explosion-proof inspection and metal detection of the high re-inlet headers will be carried out and the problems found will be dealt with, such as replacement of pipe seats, repair of sealing boxes, and repair of cracks in hangers.
