Description - Description: The contract concerns the supply of foodstuffs from Organic Agriculture (AB) and/or fair trade or equivalent necessary for the preparation of meals served by the central kitchen of La Couronne. The central kitchen produces 100,000 meals/ year, i.e. 540 meals/day during school term and 200 meals on Wednesdays - school holiday period. The guests concerned are: children under 3 years old, nursery school, primary school, adults as well as the elderly from home meal delivery.
