Description - Description: The subject of this public procurement is a framework agreement for the design, construction and operation of the public lighting underground cable networks of the joint contracting authorities until the end of the term (240 months), tak ing into account the obligations of the Contracting Authorities regarding town planning and townscape. Based on this framework agreement, the Contracting Authorities will conduct procedures pursuant to Section 105(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act for the purpose of concluding individual contracts.
