Description - The purpose of this consultation is to entrust to a concessionaire, within the framework of a concession contract (public service delegation), the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and major upkeep renewal of a public heating ne twork. The concessionaire must provide the heat necessary for heating premises and producing domestic hot water for subscribers.The energy must be produced mainly from wood energy resources. The average annual energy requirement delivered is estimated at 9,400 MWH/year (see description appended to the DAC).This procedure is subject to the provisions of part three of the Public Procurement Code relating to concession contracts.
